Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad, was established in 2018 to provide affordable higher education to all students. The university is sponsored by the Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Education Society (SDME) which is a non-profit educational organisation. SDM University, Dharwad, aims to provide society with competent professionals who are able to meet the requirements of the developing health care sector in India. The strong base this requires is provided by the University’s infrastructure and academic resources.The university has state of the art infrastructure which facilitates the academic development of the students.
