BLDE University Fee Structure:

BLDE University courses are offered in Medical, Allied Health, and other streams. Following are the fees structure for some of the major programs offered at the university: 

BLDE University Admissions:

• MBBS applicants must have qualified in the NEET UG entrance examination conducted by NTA.
• MD/ MS candidates must qualify in the NEET PG entrance examination conducted by NBE.

Overview:

BLDE (Deemed-to-be-University) was established in 2008 to provide quality education to the people in the backward region of North Karnataka. It was established under the aegis of the BLDE (Bijapur Liberal District Education) Association set up in 1910. Shri B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre was established in 1986 as the only constituent college of the University, with a 55-acre campus and 1218 hospital beds. All institutions are spread over villages, talukas, and district headquarters. They are supported and managed by the BLDE Association. BLDE University Ranking is among the top institutes for its exceptional service in the field of education. BLDE University, Bijapur has concerns for healthcare facilities offered mainly to the socially disadvantaged sections of the society in rural and urban areas. BLDE Medical College is accredited by NAAC.

BLDE University Campus:

BLDE (Deemed-to-be-University) campus has been spread across 55 acres of land and is aesthetically landscaped with green environs. The campus is designed in a functional aesthetic with all the necessary facilities. It provides on-campus medical and hospital facilities which are located adjacent to each other. The university buildings, libraries, and other facilities are distributed within multiple blocks of the campus. All the University buildings are spacious and have a well-developed infrastructure with adequate light and ventilation. BLDE University, Bijapur provides 100% security for the students with all the necessary precautions taken to ensure the same.

BLDE University’s Central Library was established in the year 1986 along with other 25 departmental libraries. It aims to provide knowledge to the candidates in books & journals, print, and electronic versions, training programs, etc. BLDE library supports all the teaching, learning, and research programs. It ensures to support the education and teaching of the university by providing access to information. The Central Library has 19,220 Books, 170 Medical Journals, 6521 E-Journals, and 8,366 Back-dated volumes. It also has a high-speed internet connection with in-house reprography, bibliography, photocopying on CDs, and Pen Drives.

Hostels or Accommodation Facilities:

BLDE University, Bijapur has 6 in-campus Hostels. 2 of them are allocated for boys, 2 for girls, 1 for PG, and 1 for NRI candidates. Hostels at the university have an uninterrupted Power Supply by Huge Generators and 24/7 security facilities with CCTV cameras in and around the campus. Hostel campuses have an in-house cafeteria catering the students with multiple cuisine food. It also provides high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity. Hostels also offer a common reading room for students recreation purposes. 

Medical or Hospital Facilities:

The university has in-campus hospital facilities. The BLDE hospital provides teaching and has around 1,218 beds with super-speciality wards. 

Laboratory Facilities:

BLDE (Deemed-to-be-University) Central Research Laboratory (CRL) was established in 2014 and is located in Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan campus. It was built to provide easy access to high-end research instruments for the teaching staff, researchers, and graduate students. It has Pre-clinical, Para-clinical, and Clinical laboratories with good infrastructure facilities. It is equipped with all the modern and necessary equipment with advanced technology. 

Sports Facilities:
