The Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Bangalore (IIHMR-B), strives to be a centre for capacity development and management research in the field of healthcare, pharmaceutics, health IT, and allied areas where there is an overlap between medicine and management. To achieve this synthesis between medicine and management fields of study, the institute offers its flagship course which is the Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), with 4 specializations. IIHMR, Bangalore, courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accorded the ‘MBA equivalency’ by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The centre has WiFI, LAN and broadband connectivity to facilitate high-speed internet access. The institute also boasts a library with a huge collection of reference books, periodicals, thesis and dissertations, project reports, case studies, digital study material, and many other materials for students to refer and learn. The IIHMR, Bangalore, fees is reasonable and can be paid in instalments. Meritorious students can avail tuition fee waivers through scholarships based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation. The university supports and facilitates loan assistance for course fees. Fee payment is accepted through DD/ NEFT/ Google Pay.
