The Master of Science (M.Sc.) Medical Laboratory Technology in Microbiology and Immunology at Padmashree Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology, Bengaluru, is a two-year full-time postgraduate programme focused on advanced microbiological, immunological and laboratory techniques. The programme provides students with theoretical and practical exposure to areas such as bacteriology, virology, eukaryotic microbiology, microbial physiology, microbial genetics, molecular biology, medical microbiology, immunology, recombinant DNA technology and bioinformatics. Practical laboratory training, project work and research-oriented learning help students develop skills relevant to diagnostic laboratories, clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and microbiology-related industries.
