Established in the year 2009, Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology has in its decade-long created a strong niche for itself in the academic domain disciplines of engineering, science and technology This has been achieved through hard work, focused attention and dedication. The college ensures that students get the very best of academic exposure, so all academic activities at the college are governed and monitored by an advisory board and the governing council which comprises eminent personalities and experts from the field of academics. The board oversees critical aspects such as programme design, implementation and feedback. Additionally, the college has a strong academic orientation and lays the foundation for life-long learning. This it does by ingraining the youth with the psyche of being an eternal student. The college makes it imperative that all students attend the orientation program conducted on the campus. The hostels are efficiently administered to provide the right atmosphere for student life. To cater to the needs of outstation students, we have a fully furnished hostel equipped with all amenities including Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel mess offers hygienic, healthy and nutritious multi-cuisine food. The facility caters to the needs of students from all over the country. Located conveniently within the college campus, the well-furnished hostels are equipped with modern amenities like recreation centres, Televisions, Wi-Fi connectivity, generators, UPS, hot water supply and water coolers with RO purification units. The well-maintained catering service prepares hygienic and nutritious food and works round the clock to meet the needs of students, faculty and guests.

Library and Information Center: 

The library at the college is managed by qualified and experienced librarians and is supported by other staff members. At present the library has a stock of 10,456 volumes of books. The library also subscribes to over 98 journals, of which 56 National journals and 42 International Journals and more. The digital library section houses an extensive range of CD-ROMs, DVDs and access to online journals. E-Journals are also made available to the students with IEEE, ACM, Springer etc. The library serves as a rich workspace for students to do research and referencing.
