About

Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital one of the reputed Homeopathy colleges in India. It is only one Government Homoeopathic college in Karnataka and run by the Government of Karnataka. 

The college campus is located in Dr. Siddaiah Puranik Road, Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore. There is also a hospital opposite the college where the students can sharpen their practical skills. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is recognised by the central council of Homoeopathy.

The annual intake is 100 students per year and the Post Graduate Course has an annual intake of 28 students every year in 5 Specialities of Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine, Repertory, Practice of Medicine and Paediatrics. The admissions are through the marks obtained in UG/PG NEET.

All admissions to homoeopathy courses start around the months of June-July. The only way to get into this course is by clearing the NEET entrance test that is scheduled for May 5, 2019.

You must have studied physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics with English at +12/HSC/10+2/ or equivalent to be eligible for the entrance test.
