4. Guardian Details:

The information in this section is optional. However, individuals for whom this section is applicable must provide the following information to continue with the registration process.

5. Additional Information About the Student:

In this section, parents must provide detailed information about their child based on the following questions;

How is their child as a student?

6. Information on Whether Either Parent is a Staff Member at NHEI:

The given section is designed to determine if either parent is a staff member at any of the New Horizon Educational Institutions. If yes, parents must provide their name, the institution where they work, and their designation. However, parents who are not working at any of the New Horizon Institutions can skip this section.

7. Information on Whether Either Parent is an Alumni of NHEI:

This section applies to those parents who are alumni of any of the New Horizon Educational Institutions (NHEI). These individuals must provide their name, the institution they were enrolled in, and their year of passing. This is an optional section and can be skipped if the parent is not an alumni of NHEI.

Note: NHPS gives priority to alumni of NHEI.

8. Information on Siblings Studying at NHEI:

The final section concerns any information about the student’s immediate siblings, provided they are currently pursuing their education at any of the New Horizon Educational Institutions (NHEI). The section is included as NHPS gives priority to students whose siblings are currently enrolled at NHEI. The details required in this section include

9. Declaration:

After completing all the sections of the registration form, the parents of the child must go through the terms and conditions, which state that they must pledge that the information provided in the entire registration form is accurate. The parents must also acknowledge that their application can be considered null and void if any of the information provided is false. The declaration also states that, if the admission of their child is approved, parents must agree to pay the registration fee immediately.

10. Payment:

The final stage of the NHPS online registration process is the payment of the NHPS registration fee. Upon agreeing to the NHPS declaration, parents must click on the ‘Pay and Submit’ button to access the payment portal and pay the registration fee of Rs. 1000/-

The filled-in registration form has to be submitted online through the school’s official website or in person at the school reception, along with the child’s latest passport-size photograph (less than 100 KB in size, in JPEG or PNG format). A scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate is also necessary, and it should be in a PDF format (less than 1 MB in size).
