BSc Food and Nutrition is a three year undergraduate course offered at the Yenapoya University. Taught over 6 semesters, this course teaches, but not exclusive to, Physiology, Community Nutrition, Public Health, Epidemiology, Food Microbiology and the Fundamentals of Food Preparation. The BSc Food and Nutrition course prepares students to enter into an exciting and adventurous industry.
