Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Automobile Engineering

The B.E. in Automobile Engineering at The Oxford College of Engineering, Bengaluru is a four-year full-time undergraduate engineering programme focused on automobile systems, vehicle design, manufacturing, analysis and emerging automotive technologies. The Automobile Engineering department was established with an intake of 60 students in the academic year 2011–12. The programme covers modern developments in areas such as hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, engine development and finite element simulation for vehicle design validation. The department also focuses on practical aspects of automobile systems and prepares students for opportunities in automotive design, manufacturing and analysis domains.
