Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering

Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering is a specialized postgraduate engineering course offered at R.V. College of Engineering (RVCE) by the Department of Civil Engineering. This specialization is focused on the advanced study in structural analysis, structural design, construction materials and safety of building and civic infrastructure structure. The curriculum includes structural dynamics, finite elements, analysis of structures, steel structure design, and cement composites. Students can specialize in electives such as Building Information Modelling, health informatics, infrastructure finance, earthquake resistant infrastructure, tall structures, urban planning, and many more. Additionally, the curriculum includes research methodology and skill laboratories and industry exposure.
