Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Defence Technology

The Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Defence Technology at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Bengaluru, is a 2-year postgraduate engineering programme. The course specializes in the development of defence technology such as weapons, autonomous systems, cyberwarfare assets and aircraft & naval vessels. The curriculum has been designed in collaboration with DRDO, DFTM and AICTE, with mentorships from DRDO scientists. The programme includes laboratory courses and thesis work at DRDO laboratories. Students also have access to interdisciplinary laboratories related to areas such as Robotics and MEMS.
