They should have cleared the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/ Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test in Computer Science/ Information Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with qualifying marks.
