The Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Bangalore is a 4-year full-time undergraduate engineering programme covering electrical energy systems, electronics, instrumentation, control, protection and power conversion systems. NMIT's Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established in 2001, with the sanctioned intake later increased from 60 to 120 students. The programme also includes areas related to computer applications in the design, analysis and operation of power systems.
