The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) extended the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025 exam registration dates. Candidates who are eligible can now register for the exam by May 19, 2025 (6:00 PM). These candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 700 to complete the respective application.
Karnataka PGCET 2025 is an entrance exam that is conducted at the state level for admissions to various postgraduate courses, including M.Tech., MCA, M.E., and MBA offered at numerous academic institutes across Karnataka. The exam will take place for 2 hours (120 minutes) at various test centres. Moreover, each paper will have 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a marking scheme of 1 mark each, making it a total of 100 marks for each paper. According to the official notice, this year PGCET exam is not applicable for M.Arch aspirants. KEA will consider the marks obtained in PGETA, an exam conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, for admission to the M.Arch courses in Karnataka. However, such candidates must note that they have to register for Karnataka PGCET 2025 to participate in the counselling process conducted by the KEA. Step 1: Visit the KEA official website. Step 2: Under the ‘Admissions’ tab, click on PGCET-2025 (M.Tech/ MBA/ MCA/ M.Arch). Step 3: Click on ‘PGCET-2025 Online Application link. 25/04/2025’. Step 4: Go through all the instructions. Fresh candidates must click on ‘Proceed to Registration for New User’. On the other hand, already registered candidates must click on ‘Proceed to Login for Registered Users’. Step 5: Enter the required information to generate your login credentials. Step 6: Log in to access the form, enter the necessary details, and upload the required documents. Step 7: Verify the provided information,pay the application fee, and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
