COMEDK UGET 2025 Round 1 Counselling Registration Process Extended

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the Round 1 counselling dates for COMEDK UGET 2025 on June 19, 2025, for Engineering courses. According to the notice, candidates will be able to fill out the registration form for Round 1 counselling from June 9 (4:00 PM) to June 24, 2025 (2:00 PM). 

Notably, COMEDK has confirmed that the counselling process will proceed independently of the Karnataka CET results to ensure a quicker admission timeline. 

For the academic year 2025-26, the State Government of Karnataka and the participating colleges have set an upper limit of Rs. 2,81,000 or Rs. 2,00,000 as the annual tuition fees, depending on the institution’s choice. In addition to the tuition fees, institutions may collect up to Rs. 20,000 per annum as ‘other fees’ through COMEDK.

Steps to Register for COMEDK UGET 2025 Round 1 Counselling:

Step 1: Visit the official website of COMEDK 2025.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Login’ button on the homepage.

Step 2: Enter your ‘Application Number’, ‘Password’, Captcha, and click on ‘Log In’.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Counselling Registration’ tab.

Step 4: Verify your details and proceed to pay the counselling registration fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).

Step 5: Upload a clear scanned copy of the required documents and click on ‘Submit’.

Note: Candidates are required to check the application portal and their mail regularly to track the status of their document verification.
