Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is an undergraduate physiotherapy programme offered by Hillside College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore. The course consists of 4 years of academic study followed by a compulsory 6-month rotatory internship. The curriculum covers subjects including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, biomechanics, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, pharmacology, general medicine, general surgery, orthopaedics, sports physiotherapy, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy, neurology, community rehabilitation and evidence-based physiotherapy. The programme is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and the college states that it is approved by the Government of Karnataka.
