What is PAT exam? 

The Praxis Admission Test (PAT) is a national-level examination that is conducted by Praxis Business School, Bangalore.

PAT Exam Registration: 

Candidates can register for PAT exam by following the below-mentioned steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website of Praxis Business School. 
Step 2: Click on the "Apply Now" tab to apply for the PAT exam. 
Step 3: Candidates have to click on the new registration link and submit their Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID for the new PAT exam registration process. 
Step 4: They have to click on the submit button. After this, the candidate's PAT exam Login ID and Password will be sent to the registered Email ID and Number of the candidates.

How to fill up the PAT exam Application Form?

Step 1: Visit the official website of the PAT exam. 
Step 2: Click on the "Apply Now" tab to fill up the PAT exam application form. 
Step 3: Login by using the Login ID and Password provided during the PAT Exam registration process. 
Step 4: After logging in, candidates have to submit the following information in the form: 

  1. Personal Details
  2. Communication Details
  3. Education Details
  4. Work Experience (Details)
  5. Exam Centre Preference
  6. Choice of Course and Campus Preference

Step 5: After submitting all the details, candidates should cross-check the information provided. 
Step 6: They have to upload the photograph in the required format and submit the application form after paying the required fee. 
Step 7: Candidates should take a printout of the PAT exam Application Form for different processes. 

PAT Exam Registration Fee: 

Candidates have to pay the required PAT Exam registration fee of Rs. 1,200 which is non-refundable.

  • Candidates should prepare all the PAT exam syllabus topics properly. 
  • They should be able to calculate fast while solving this section.

Numerical Ability:

Verbal Ability:

PAT Exam Admit Card: 

Candidates can download the PAT Exam Admit Card by following the below-mentioned steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website for Praxis Business School. 
Step 2: Candidates have to log in using their Login ID and Password. 
Step 3: They have to click on the "Admit Card" link. 
Step 4: PAT Exam Admit Card will be displayed on the candidate's screen. They should check out all the details and report to the concerned authorities in case of any discrepancy. 
Step 5: If there aren't any discrepancies, candidates can download the admit card and take a printout of it. 

Candidates should only carry their admit card to the PAT examination centre. Along with that, they also have to carry a government-approved ID card. 

PAT Exam Results: 

Candidates can check their PAT Test results through the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Praxis Business School. 
Step 2: Candidates have to log in using their Login ID and Password. 
Step 3: They have to click on the PAT exam results. 
Step 4: The PAT Exam Scorecard will be displayed on the candidate's screen.

PAT Cut offs: 

Candidates have to clear the cut off to be eligible to participate in the further admission process. 

The cut off for PAT exam depends on the following factors:

  3. Level of difficulty of the Question Paper
  4. Previous year's PAT Exam cut off

Candidates clearing the cut off will make their way to the PAT exam Merit List, who shall be invited for the further application process. 

Further Selection Process after PAT Test Results: 

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the PAT exam merit list will be invited for the further selection process of Praxis Business School. They will be invited as per the quota for the 2 campuses of the business school. 

The further selection process will consist of the following processes: 

Essay Writing: 

For this process, candidates will be given a topic to write an essay. The word count of the essay can vary between 100 to 200. 

Candidates will be marked according to the following criteria:

Psychometric Tests:

Psychometric tests are conducted to identify the skill-level and personality traits of the candidates.

Personal Interview: 

A Personal Interview is the final selection process for getting into Praxis Business School.

Candidates will face a panel of 3 to 4 members and have to answer questions based on various aspects.
