The exam is conducted in 2 modes, which are:
- Paper Based Test (PBT)
- Internet Based Test (IBT)

Basic Registration:
Step 1: Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT 2023.
Step 2: Click on "Fresh Candidate to Create Login."
Step 3: Proceed by filling all the primary and mandatory information in the initial login form such as Name, Birth Date, Email ID, and Verification Code.
Step 4: Agree to the terms and conditions. Reconfirm the entered data and click on submit.
Step 5: Your Email ID and Date of Birth will act as your login credentials.
How to fill up the AIMA UGAT Application Form?
Step 1: Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT 2023.
Step 2: Click on the link "Complete Application Process" and log in by entering your Email ID, Date of Birth, and Verification Code.
Step 3: Fill in all the basic and mandatory fields by giving your educational and personal details.
Step 4: Upload all the required documents on the website.
Step 6: Application fee can be paid through a Demand Draft (DD) or Electronic Medium such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Step 7: After completing the payment process, click on "View Application". Take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
AIMA UGAT Application Fee:
The application fee for the AIMA UGAT entrance exam is Rs. 750/-.
- Payment through DD:
- Candidates should make the DD in the favour of "All India Management Association", payable at New Delhi.
- The details of the DD should be filled in the online form.
- The signature of the issuing authority must be there on the DD.
- Candidates paying through DD must send a printout of their duly filled application form along with the DD to the below-mentioned address before the last date of registration.

Students are required to fill in 5 choices for participating institutes where they want their AIMA UGAT scores to be sent.

Step 3: UGAT Registration form Part II will appear on the screen. Add your Registration Number and Date of Birth.

Change of AIMA UGAT Exam Mode:
Students can change their Exam mode from PBT to IBT by following the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the official AIMA UGAT 2023 website.
Step 2: Click on the link "Edit Option to Change Test Option for PBT to IBT"
Step 3: Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, and then hit "Submit".
