Course detail and Structure
The 3-year course deals with theoretical and practical aspects of public dental health and oral health research. The students are required to submit two seminars on a weekly basis and two journal club presentations before the end of the year. They should submit a library dissertation at the end of the first year and another dissertation six months before their university exam.
Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) Public Health Dentistry
Candidates should have completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from any college or university recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). They should have secured qualifying marks in NEET MDS.
