Vemana Institute of Technology

Established in 1999 by Reddy Jana Sangha, the mission of Vemana Institute of Technology is to impart quality technical education. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE) and recognised by the government of Karnataka. It is also affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Karnataka. The institute offers undergraduate and graduate courses in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, Mechanical, Civil, Telecommunication etc. Vemana Institute of Technology has an annual intake of 882 students. It offers B.E / B. Tech courses including B.E / B. Tech lateral entry courses and M.E/ M. Tech courses as well. The B.E / B. Tech courses have 60-120 seats per course and the M.E/ M. Tech courses have 18 seats per course. It is located in Koramangala, the heart of Bengaluru city, close to St. John’s Medical college campus. The college is highly rated by former and existing students for its excellent faculty members, better placement opportunities and decent infrastructure.
