School of Science Studies, CMR University offers UG courses to produce expertise in Media, Entertainment, and Technology. The college provides courses in association with the Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism (Pune). The courses are meant to improve and give an industry-integrated curriculum. There are specific programs in the field of  Sound Engineering, Film Making, Photography, Game Design and Development, and Visual Effects, and so on. The college provides courses in collaborations with a broad network of business personalities, artists, technicians, and programmers. The students guided by teachers who share their experience of the most advanced communications technology through hands-on training. School of Science Studies, CMR University provides industry-designed courses to the students and encourages creativity and cross-disciplinary learning. The facilities provided by the college are:

• Hostel:  The college has hostel facilities with all the modern amenities for the students. 
• Placement: The college has a placement cell that provides training and summer internship opportunities to the students.  
• Leadership Awards: An all-rounder student who will contribute to academics, sports, and other activities will be given a leadership award. 
• Life-skills Training: The students are trained through coaching and mentoring under CMR Life Skills Institute (CMRLSI)
