How many years does it take to complete an engineering degree or diploma at Acharya of Engineering?

All engineering courses at UG level are for four (4) years or eight (8) semesters, while all PG courses are for two (2) years or four (4) semesters. All diploma programmes are for a fixed tenure of three (3) years.

When does the admission season start?

All admissions to engineering courses in Karnataka are based on marks and ranks scored in either of these three entrance tests: CET (Karnataka government test), COMEDK (conducted by the consortium of private college management) or JEE (national level entrance test). While CET and COMEDK tests are scheduled for April and May respectively, JEE tests normally happen in or around January. Founded in 1992 by Sri Raghavendra Educational Institutions Society, Sri Krishna Institute of Technology (SKIT) is a private engineering college in Bangalore.
