The specialization provided by Jain Law and Governance is Constitutional Governance and Administrative Process, Corporate Law and Commercial Law, and Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration. The Law and Governance department also provides students with postgraduate and research education in law.

A Bachelor of Arts degree when integrated with a Bachelor of Law degree imparts students with an education that is a cohesive link between various Arts and Humanities subjects with law subjects. Some of the subjects focused upon are: Human Rights Laws, Family Business Laws, Consumer Protection Rights Laws, and many more topics.
In a 5 year integrated degree, the students are exposed to a vast variety of subjects at an early age, can plan their field of specialization early on and also gain practical exposure in the form of moot courts, debates, talks and workshops early on, as opposed to a 3-year LL.B.
The School has state-of-the-art facilities such as spacious classrooms, wi-fi enabled campus, well-furnished moot court hall, a well-equipped learning center with national and international news journals, spacious seminar hall, cafeteria, and modern residential accommodation.
