S J C Institute of Technology

Located near the Bangalore International Airport, S J C Institute of Technology (SJCIT) was established in 1986 by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust. SJCIT offers seven UG engineering programmes and ten PG programmes. SJCIT is located in Chikkaballapura, about 20 kilometres from the international airport amidst greenery and serene atmosphere. Chikkaballapura is just a few minutes’ drives from Nandi Hills, one of Bangalore’s favourite weekend destinations. The trust also runs several other institutions across the state of Karnataka. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Admissions to the college are based on results in KAR CET (Karnataka CET), JEE, and COMEDK (a consortium of private professional colleges in Karnataka).
