Established in 1954, RV Teachers College is the first grant aid college to exist in Karnataka. The college is a part of The Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST) who have been pioneers of education before our independence.
The college started the M.Ed program in 1974 and subsequently was the first private college to offer the post-graduation program. It is one of the more renowned colleges that offer B. Ed and M. Ed courses for aspiring teachers.
The college provides excellent curricular input, through innovative techniques. They also offer opportunities for slow learners to catch up with the rest of the class.
