With a vision to build a campus that fosters imaginative journey and nourishes significant journey of a student, Nitte Institute of Architecture was established in 2015. The college has grown to become a world-class institution with an active approach to architectural education among its students.
The students are offered a Bachelor in Architecture programme that is approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college has become the centre for excellence over the period of time.
It is one of the very few colleges in India that offer the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Lab programme to the students. Therefore, the students can access the performance of the building on the campus. They are given hands-on training by the faculty members of the college.

The Creative Portfolio for the admission process should be A4 size and between 5 to 10 pages.
A Creative Portfolio is a collection of original creative works showcasing a candidate’s creativity, practical abilities and/or design and thinking skills. It could include paintings, sketches, photographs, writing samples, certificates for classes and workshops attended, or for participation in creative competitions.
The work that an architecture intern does can include hands-on architectural work, such as drafting and 3D modeling, preparing for presentations and maintaining project files. An intern may also be conducting research on sites, such as zoning laws and rules that apply for out-of-state projects.

The closest option would be B.E. in Civil Engineering but the skills of design aesthetic and intricacies of design that a B.Arch is unmatched to any other course.
