Ramaiah Medical College, a private medical college in Bangalore, was set up in 1979 by Gokula Education Foundation. It is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). The medical college has gained a reputation both in India and abroad for its coaching, infrastructure, and faculty.
The 65-acre campus that houses the college also includes Ramaiah Dental College, College of Pharmacy, Institute of Physiotherapy and College of Nursing. The medical college offers UG, PG, Diploma, Super Specialty, and Ph.D. seats in all medical disciplines.
The college has been recognised by World Health Organisation (WHO), General Medicine Council (UK), Irish Medical Council, Malaysian Medical Council, Sri Lanka Medical Council and other medical councils in the Middle East.
