Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara /JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research was set up under JSS Mahavidyapeetha in 2008. The institution has several colleges under its banner. The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Life Sciences was set up to bring awareness to the importance of a healthy and nutritious diet in today’s fast-paced world. The college is engaged in providing students with quality education to their students on this important aspect of our lives. The Institute’s goals are to train students in this integral life science through a holistic approach that combines theory.
