Al-Ameen Pre-University College was established in 1968 under the aegis of the Al-Ameen Educational Society. The college offers various combinations in Science, Arts & Commerce with a total strength of around 1500 students. The mission statement at Al Ameen PU College is to provide a positive learning environment that recognizes the individual differences and diverse learning styles of every student. Students are given the opportunity to learn and grow to their full potential. The college lays equal emphasis on both curricular and extracurricular activities such as Cultural, Sports, and Knowledge activities. Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.

• Foreign nationals are required to passed 10th grade or equivalent and should have obtained Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka.

Admission Procedure:

• Al-Ameen Pre-University College application forms will be available on the official website of the college, as per the dates announced by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka.

• Candidates applying for different combinations are required to fill in separate application forms and submit the same, along with class 10th marks card.

• The selected candidates’ list will be published on the college’s notice board.

• The candidates, along with their parents are required to attend an interview with the Principal on the stipulated date.

• Both the candidate and their parents are required to attend the counseling sessions arranged by the college.
