The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) English, Political Science, History at Christ (Deemed-to-be) University, Bangalore Bannerghatta Road campus is an interdisciplinary undergraduate programme combining English literature and language with political science and history. The programme is designed to develop students' understanding of literature, political systems, historical developments, international relations and public administration while building research, writing, communication and analytical skills. The official programme structure includes English, Indian and post-colonial literature, political theory, Indian government and politics, international relations, public administration, historiography, cultural studies, research and dissertation work. The programme has a duration of 4 years with its coursework including workshops, seminars, conferences, research projects, surveys, analysis and a dissertation along with pedagogy sessions. Students interested in postgraduate study in public policy or history can also choose relevant skill electives during the third year.
