Course detail and Structure

The Alliance School of Law provides a full-time postgraduate course in the form of Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law. The course consists of 2 semesters. The curriculum is designed in such a way that students study 4 subjects in the first semester and five subjects along with a dissertation in the second one. Students also have to undertake practical training classes.

The candidate must hold a graduate degree in Law, recognized by the Bar Council of India. They should have scored a minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% in the case of students belonging to reserved categories) in their graduation.
