Course detail and Structure
The Hotel Management course at AIMS was established in 1994. BHM first began as a 3-year program and was later affiliated to Bangalore University and was redesigned as a 4-year program in 2000. The department has also introduced student-faculty exchange programs, twinning programs, adding up additional courses, etc for the benefit of the students. BHM at AIMS ensures in providing the students with complete intellectual and practical training under the hands of experience in the field. The department also hosts external trips to outdoor locations especially within the country for students to gain the first-hand experience of the industry.
Eligibility
Bachelor of Hotel Management (B.H.M)
Candidates should have passed 12th Standard with HSC, PUC, or A-Level or an equivalent examination should have obtained 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, and biology (taken together) and should have passed English as one of the subjects. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on the 31st of December in the year of admission.
