Karnataka COMEDK UGET 2020 Results are Declared

Bengaluru boy Rakshit M has obtained 1st rank in Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) of undergraduate entrance test for engineering courses (UGET 2020) that was declared on September 3rd, 2020.
Saurav Kumar from Rajasthan has secured 2nd rank and Anupama Sinha from Bihar has secured 3rd rank. More than 43,249 students had attended the test on August 19th, out of which 14,322 students are from Karnataka and 24,544 students are from other states. The exam holds key to nearly 20,000 engineering seats in 190 private colleges across Karnataka.
The highest marks secured in the test is 168 out of a maximum of 180. Out of the first 100 rank holders of COMED-K, 45 students are from Karnataka candidates while other remaining 55 candidates are from various states of the country. 1,219 out of top 5,000 rank holders have obtained more than 70% marks in the exam, whereas the remaining 3,781 students have secured 56.67% and more.
The rank cards of the eligible candidates can be generated by visiting the official website of the conducting authority and by logging in with the applicant's login ID.
Due to the current pandemic, the COMED-K counselling would be online, where the candidates are required to upload their scanned documents online through their account. The uploaded document will be later verified by the officials. The number of seats available for being filled up, the quantum of tuition fees and counselling dates would be notified in due course, which will be in the immediate order of sequence to that of KEA.
The procedure for engaging in the counselling would also be made available shortly on the website. Candidates are entitled to check their results on the official website of the conducting authority.
