Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps for NCHMCT JEE application form:
Basic Registration:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the NCHMCT JEE .
Step 2: Scroll down and click on NCHMCT JEE.
Step 3: Candidates will be directed to the NTA website. They have to click on "Fill Registration Form NCHMCT JEE" and hit the "New Registration" button.
Step 4: Read all the instructions, tick the checkbox and proceed.
Step 5: Enter all the required personal information in the form.
Step 6: Choose a password, select & answer the security question and enter the security pin.
Step 7: Confirm all the entered data and click on "Submit".
Step 8: The system will display an application number. Students must note it down for NCHMCT JEE application form filling process.

Step 3: Aspirants need to log in using their application number, password and enter the security pin.

NCHMCT Cut Offs:

Further Admission Process:

Registration Process:
Candidates need to create new credentials for the counselling process. Then, they can follow the below steps to complete the NCHMCT JEE entrance exam counselling registration process.
- Visit the official website of NCHMCT and click on NCHMCT JEE Counselling.
- Click on "New candidate Register Here."
- Enter all the required details like Application Number, Name, and Date of Birth as mentioned in the results.
- Choose a password and answer a security question.
- Candidates will have to use their roll number along with the new login ID and password for subsequent counselling procedures.
Saving Preferences:
Log in to the official website of NCHM JEE Counselling by using the new credentials.
A list of institutes will be displayed on the screen based on eligibility. Candidates must then choose and arrange their choice of the institute as per their preferences and priorities.
Review the choices, save the entered data and submit once confirmed. Candidates must take a printout of their institute choices as it will be required at the time of reporting to the institute.
Seat Allotment:
Based on the preferences submitted, candidates need to check the seat allotment list published on the official counselling website.
Eligibility for Subsequent Round:
- Candidates who did not get a seat in the initial round.
- Seat allotted in the initial round but cancelled due to non-fulfillment of criteria.
- Candidates willing to upgrade their seat choice.
Submission of Preferences for Further Round:
Eligible candidates can modify their preferences before the allotment of the seat for the next round.
If candidates do not change their preference, the choices filled during the first round will be considered as final.
Seat Allotment Confirmation:
After the final selection process is completed, candidates must check the official website to know the seat allotment.
Candidates must log in to the NCHMCT website using the new counselling credentials to check the allotment list and select the options from the given list.
- Go ahead with the seat allotted or withdraw from further counselling.
- Accept the allotted seat and take part in further counselling sessions.
- Reject the allotted seat and go for the upcoming rounds.

- NCHMCT full form is National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
- Aspirants should have completed or appeared in 10+2 exams or equivalent with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board.
- NCHMCT is conducted for admissions in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hospitality & Hotel Administration across the country. The duration of the course is 3 years.
- There is no registration fee for counselling. However, students must pay the seat acceptance fee, including counselling fee for the 1st semester.
- Candidates will be awarded +4 marks for every right answer and -1 mark for every wrong answer. There is no deduction of marks for unattempted questions.
- If candidates secure the same marks, the merit list is determined based on the higher marks secured by the candidate in (i) English; (ii) Service Aptitude; (iii) Age. The second factor is considered and subsequently the third one if the marks remain the same in the first criteria.
- There are 74 affiliated institutes of hotel management in India. Candidates can choose any of those institutes according to their preferences.
- Candidates must log in to the website of NTA NCHMCT JEE. Then, they must click on the admit card link and login using their credentials. The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Yes, you can modify the information entered in the application form. NTA opens a correction window for 10 days after the registration process ends.
- The scores of the exam are valid only for the admissions in that particular academic year.
Eligibility Criteria
The aspirants have to meet the following eligibility criteria for NCHMCT JEE admission:
Educational Qualification for NCHMCT JEE Exam:
- Aspirants applying for the exam should have completed 10+2 or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized board.
- Candidates appearing for 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examinations in the current year are also provisionally eligible to appear for NCHMCT . However, they must submit proof of completion of their education during the counselling/ admission process.
Age Limit for NCHMCT JEE Exam:
- For General, General (EWS), and OBC: The upper age limit is 25 years are eligible for the exam.
- For SC/ ST and Physically Challenged: The upper age limit is 28 years are eligible.
- The date of birth mentioned on the Pre-University Certificate/ Secondary Education Board will be considered as proof for age.
