FAQs
The laboratories are completely equipped with items required as per in norms. All the laboratories are constructed with keeping in mind their compatibility as each laboratory is equipped with fresh air inlet and adequate space to accommodate students comfortably during their practical hours.
If you train first as a nurse, with a plan of later doing further study to register as a midwife, you need to be aware that it is up to each employing organisation to decide whether or not it will support staff to do this training. Nursing and midwifery are two separate and very different professions, and if you decide to train first as a nurse, you will need to demonstrate your interest in nursing and not midwifery.
Sri Siddhartha College of Nursing, Tumkur is a constituent college of Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education, Tumkur, which in turn is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
