Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical College Hospital & Research Centre

Established in 1999, RK Ayurveda Medical College aims to impart training to students in basic principles & philosophy of Ayurveda. The college combines modern scientific advancements for giving better hospital attention to the people and society. The college gives training the students in high-level academics, and extracurricular activities so that they can become the best physicians and also responsible citizens of the country. Apart from a well-stocked library, the college has a herbal garden with more than 250 medicinal plants available for demonstration. The college has a collection of over 200 wet specimens of rare plants showcased in the pharmacology museum. RK Ayurveda Medical College  is recognised by the Government of Karnataka and Central Council of Indian Medicine, Department of AYUSH, New Delhi and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore- Karnataka. RK Ayurveda Medical College  aims to provide quality education in Ayurveda, practical exposure and clinical expertise.  The facilities provided by the college are:

• Classrooms: The college has classrooms with all the modern facilities for learning. 
• Hostel: The college provides hostel facilities to the students with all the basic amenities.  
• Library: The college library has well-stocked books of classical and modern content for the students to refer to for education and research purposes. It also has a reading room and an indoor auditorium. 
• Facilities: The college provides spoken English classes to improve the communication skills of the students and also yoga classes are conducted as a part of the curriculum of the courses.
