B.G.S College of education was started in the year 2007 under the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust. It is located on a 40-acre flat at Sri Adichunchanagiri Kshetra, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District, Karnataka. The institute aims to provide the best educational programme to students in rural areas. The education system has been revolutionized with the newest approach. The institute has facilities such as audio-visual aids, information technology labs and a host of other amenities. The college also offers facilities to help develop the students’ personality and help shame them to be better humans, both physically and emotionally. B.G.S College of Education has a notion where radical social changes, technology and values should proceed at an equal pace. It is a constituent college of Adichunchanagiri University and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). BGS College of Education is equipped with all necessary amenities such as modern classrooms, lecture halls, activity rooms, a centralised library, a learning resource centre and various sports facilities.
